Managed the Foundation including fundraising and organising theatre workshops. Identified and contracted several internationally acclaimed directors
and writers to work with local artists.

Appointed to select productions from Eastern Europe to be performed during the festival. Responsible for contractual arrangments with theatre companies.

1989 – 1992 Acting All-Soviet State Institute of Cinematography “VGIK” (Moscow): Studying under film director Sergey Soloviev and actor Alexey Batalov.
2002: Was invited by Peter Brook to Bouffes du Nord theatre in Paris to work as his assistant and
participated in number of his workshops
